Transfer Credit Policies

Previous College Coursework

• Up to 96 credits from accredited 4–year collegiate institutions

• Up to 82 credits from accredited community or junior colleges, Prior Experiential Learning, and proficiency examinations such as C.L.E.P. and Dantes

Prior Professional Education and Technical Training
Credit can be transferred for an approved non–collegiate sponsored program, including diploma programs in the health field and on–the–job specialized training in health or business.

Prior Experiential Learning/Portfolio Course
Portfolio course helps students petition for college credit based on experiential background.  This option is applicable only to BS degrees in Organizational Management, Health Administration, Community Health and Human Services, and General Studies [see Prior Experiential Learning/Portfolio Course].
