Organizational Management

Designed to foster career and educational advancement, the B.S. in Organizational Management provides working adults with knowledge and skills pertaining to management, organizational behavior, and human resources for the purposes of promoting managerial effectiveness and the enhancement of human performance in organizations. It is a flexible degree that builds upon prior learning and experience.

In order to be admitted to the program, therefore, adults will typically be employed in a full–time position and will have substantial work experience involving supervision, program development, specialized training, considerable responsibility, and/or independent judgment.
