Academic Programs
Computer Information Systems

The B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems is designed to prepare students to apply information technology within organizational contexts. Specifically, the program will focus on the development of technology infrastructures and systems and the use of these to acquire, deploy, and manage information (see Curriculum).

The School of Adult and Professional Education at St. Joseph’s College was established for non–traditional, career–oriented adults interested in obtaining a baccalaureate degree. Students pursuing the B.S. in Computer Information Systems within the School of Adult and Professional Education would be expected to have post–secondary education and training and have acquired, through experience, the skills and knowledge appropriate to the degree.
