Global Studies Program

In May of 2000, St. Joseph’s College and Molloy College initiated the Long Island Partnership for Study Abroad to offer Long Island students greater opportunities to live and study abroad during their college years.

Recognizing that an understanding of a culture or region of the world other than one's own is an important part of a liberal arts education, the partnership aims at providing quality overseas opportunities at the most affordable prices possible. The partnership offers semester/year abroad programs in several countries on different continents, including Belgium, Spain, England, France, Ireland, and Hungary, as well as Australia, Japan, and Thailand.
